 The air-cooled external ozone generator is suitable for regular disinfection and large-scale disinfection in clean areas. It can completely replace ultraviolet lamp irradiation and chemical fumigation, and has no secondary pollution. The ozone generation equipment is connected with the main box or pipe of HVAC system through flange or pipe. The high-power centrifugal fan is used to input the ozone generated into the main box or pipe of HVAC system, and then the central air conditioning circulating air is used to evenly send the ozone to the whole clean room.

Sterilization and disinfection of ozone generator:

    (1) Food factories and pharmaceutical factories need to carry out over flow immersion sterilization on the surface of raw materials and other objects to form a sterile surface of raw materials (the packaging containers can be sterilized by contacting with high concentration ozone gas). For example, fruits can be sterilized after being washed, and can be made into concentrated juice.

    (2) In the process of aquatic products processing -- before freezing packaging, through high concentration ozone water spray sterilization or over flow immersion sterilization, the health indicators of aquatic products are controlled, and the problem of excessive residual chlorine caused by the use of chloride is avoided.

    (3) In the process of liquid food processing (such as beverage, fruit juice, etc.) and pharmaceutical production, high concentration ozone water can be used to soak and wash pipelines, production equipment and containers, so as to achieve efficient sterilization.
