Zjc-ws series water-cooled integrated modular ozone generator of Zhongjing uses the principle of high-voltage corona discharge and adopts the form of micro gap high-frequency silent discharge. The heat generated by the ozone discharge unit needs to be released, and the cooling water is taken away through the anode and cathode cavity of the ozone unit. The double water-cooled structure of Zhongjing improves the concentration and stability of ozone, and can be connected with clean low dew point compressed air use.

Zhongjing double water-cooled integrated ozone generator has the characteristics of high concentration, low energy consumption, simple operation, low failure rate and easy protection. The core component of the equipment is high dielectric constant discharge body, the power supply of Zhongjing ozone generator is high frequency digital frequency modulation inverter technology, and the original high power drive module is configured. The equipment control system adopts the digital intelligent programming mode to realize the online detection of operating conditions, and adopts the intelligent CPU integrated control mode to protect the equipment operation status and fault self inspection alarm. Ozone production, concentration and operation time can be adjusted at will. The CPU can be upgraded, compatible with industrial PC, easy to integrate control and other functions into one. The equipment configuration is optimized, the volume and weight of the whole machine are greatly reduced, and the energy consumption and investment cost are reduced.

Application fields:

Pharmaceutical, food, aquatic products, aquaculture, purified water, tap water, electronics, incubator, cold storage, aseptic processing workshop, storage, cosmetics, chemical industry, air and water treatment, closed pipe container and other fields are widely used. It is used in various water treatment projects (disinfection, sterilization, oxidation, deodorization, decolorization) or preparation of ozone disinfection water. It is used for air disinfection in various occasions (sterilization in processing workshops of pharmaceutical, food and other industries) and ozone disinfection in closed pipe type closed containers (reactors and other containers). It does not need to add any chemicals. It is economical, environmental friendly, no residue and no secondary pollution.
