The principle of adsorption dryer is to make use of the difference between the volume of water and air molecules in saturated compressed air, and use high activity molecular sieve to filter the saturated water vapor in compressed air, which can easily adsorb water molecules in molecular sieve particles, and then use recycling method to reduce molecular sieve. Because the adsorbent will reach saturation equilibrium in a certain period of time, it must be regenerated with dry gas to restore the adsorption drying effect. The adsorption dryer uses two towers to work alternately. It uses its own dry gas and depressurizes it to close to atmospheric pressure to regenerate and dry the other tower as regeneration gas. The two towers are switched at the set switching time to continuously provide dry compressed gas. The dew point of compressed air can be maintained at - 40 ℃ or higher.
