The ozone generator used in the Zhongjing experiment has the characteristics of high ozone concentration, low energy consumption, simple operation, low failure rate, and easy protection. The core components of the equipment use high dielectric constant discharge bodies, and the experimental ozone generator power supply adopts high-voltage variable frequency digital frequency modulation inverter technology, equipped with original high-power drive modules. The equipment control system adopts digital intelligent programming to achieve online detection of operating conditions, and adopts an intelligent CPU integrated control mode to provide self inspection and alarm protection for equipment operating status and faults. Ozone production, concentration, and operating time can be adjusted arbitrarily.
The experimental ozone generator and supporting equipment usually include the following parts:
1. Ozone generator: This is the core equipment that produces ozone. Depending on different experimental requirements, different specifications and production rates of ozone generators can be selected.
2. Gas source: Generally, dry and clean air or oxygen is used as the gas source for the ozone generator.
3. Ozone concentration detector: used to detect the ozone concentration generated by the ozone generator, ensuring the accuracy of the required ozone concentration for the experiment.
4. Gas flow meter: used to measure the flow rate of the gas source to regulate the output of the ozone generator.
5. Exhaust gas treatment device: The reacted ozone exhaust gas is treated to reduce its impact on the environment.
6. Transportation pipeline: Connect various equipment to ensure the transmission of ozone gas.
7. Control system: used to control the operation of ozone generators and other equipment, and can achieve automated operations.
When selecting experimental ozone generators and supporting equipment, factors such as specific experimental requirements, ozone production, concentration, equipment stability, and reliability need to be considered.
